Eight ways to Maintain your peace of mind ..

Swami Sadhyojatha ji shared this amazing knowledge with us in Berlin...

Once you attain the peace of your mind, you want to sustain it. Guruji says there are eight ways to maintain your peace of mind. These ways are all equally important. There is nothing like first one is more important than the second one.

1. Smile- Keep smile on your face.
2. Walk alone for some time during the day.
3. Sing alone for some time in a day.
4. Sadhna  -do your Sadhna regularly.
5. Meditation - meditate every day regularly.
6. Reflect your life based on time and space - everyday remind your self about your existence with respect to space and time. It is good to reflect upon it for few moments.
7. Seva - do some act of seva.
8. Faith - keep faith.

Your life...flute for Krishna...

Just amazing wisdom poured from different Yogis here in Berlin...

Keep your heart pure and mind hollow and empty. Don't let events or situations take over you. Do your duty with full dedication and commitment but do not get attached to the situations or people. Just keep practising your meditations, keep on releasing the impressions. Become hollow and empty completely and keep on surrendering your life to the divine.

Remember, life is like a FLUTE, and Krishna loves His Flute, His magical instrument. The more hollow and empty you are, the better instrument of your Krishna you can be. Just make your life that Flute and offer it to your divine and let Him play the best of His tunes through you..

Don't fall for convenience.. choose what is best ...

Another pearl of wisdom from Rishi Nityapragya..

When making a decision in life, the mind has a tendency to do what is convenient and not
what is of the most benefit to you. To attain the highest, you may need to go through a little effort in the beggining to get what you want. Don't let your mind fool you into taking the easy option... always do the things that will bring you the best results in life!

Vigyanamaya Kosha and Ayurveda

In ancient times, people were suffering and there was need to invent some remedies against diseases. So all the wise people, super intelligent Rishis and Munis got together in Naimisharanya and decided to invent solution for human sicknesses and illnesses. 84,000 of them decided to go deeper into their Vigyanmaya Kosha (The deeper level of the consciousness, of the being), where their intuitive abilities would guide them further for what they are looking for. Bhardwaj Rishi decided not to go into meditation so that he can write whatever other Rishis have to say as an outcome of their intuition, while meditating. That was the birth of Ayurveda.. They went deeper into their selves and merged so much into the unit of existence that their intuition guided them to find remedies of various disease with the help of plants and herbs available on the earth.

When we do Pancha Kosha meditation with this understanding of those 5 koshas, it makes the experience more deeper. Pancha kosha is made up of five Koshas. Starting with Annamaya, Pranamaya, Manomaya, Vigyanmaya and finsihing with Anandamaya.

Face your limitations..

Every time when you feel little uncomfortable by people, situations or things, just check the mind. It is getting exposed to another limitation. The limitation which is not any stopping barrier in reality, but the limitation of the mind to accommodate that reaction, that activity, which projects its inability in the form of some fear, some reaction of discomfort.

But as you allow your mind to pass through that discomfort and let it go beyond that, you will see something in you expands.  When you face that discomfort, you will realize that you can still survive. You can accommodate that experience of passing through that phase with all its emotions that it has to offer, remaining intact.

Therefore, when you face any such situations again, you will not get agitated easily. Because you have given your mind the experience of passing though it and you know that you will be intact. So, you can easily accommodate it on a large scale afterwards. Therefore, small little things won't bother you much. This is called expansion of the consciousness.

Only if you are Valuable...

Again this one comes from a Spiritual Rock Star, Rishi Nityapragya ji..

If you are valuable, you will see how you drop the things but whatever is good for you, will come back to you manifold. But, only if you are valuable. If not valuable, it is a different story.

What I understand is, you have to make yourself valuable enough where people and things start feeling your presence in a way that wherever you go, they get value because of You. You sit on the sofa and it becomes valuable. Your apparel gets value because U wear them. The people around you gets value, because they are with U. So friends, let us start making ourselves more Valuable.

When you feel You are not doing Enough...

When you get something life transforming, you want to express your gratitude towards the one who has done it to you. You feel like "what can I do for you? And how would I ever be able to express my gratitude to you fully? What can I contribute towards the success of your mission? "  Especially, when you know that you are capable of doing anything. You are blessed with a rock like determination and your intelligence is anyway equipped enough to make it a reality. You are overflowing with the enthusiasm to do something and you know how to channelize it properly. You start doing some work in that direction as well but what to do when you feel, the work I am doing is not enough? When it does not let you sleep in nights? When it makes you so restless that you feel worthless?

First of all know that it is a beautiful beginning of unfolding another dimension of your life. It is like seeing a different facet of the same diamond. You are THE chosen one that is why you feel that the seva you do is not enough. Second, it is all happening. You are not the DOER. Whether you play any active role in it or not, it is just happening. It will continue happening with or without you. So, why to be feverish? Feverishness kills the charm of the present moment. You are blessed with this moment to make it more beautiful by contributing your happiness. As nature senses our feelings as well, we must share happiness and joy. Why to create unnecessary layers of frustration/tension/feverishness over the core of our being (which is joy, peace and love).

As soon as this awareness comes that I am a very special child of the divine, I am taken care of and I am given whatever I need at the right time, will bring enormous confidence in you. Have that faith and keep on being grateful. And see, how beautifully grace will flow in your life. Keep on surrendering all to the divine with every passing breath. It will just make your life eternal celebration.

Starting a new series.. from the eyes of the modern day Bhagiraths...

Bhagirath is the one who brought the holy river Ganga to the earth. It is a famous story. As per the Ramayana, to liberate his ancestor...
