Love let me love you.. let me give my life to you...

St Valentine's day is approaching and my heart just feels so immersed in Love, divine love that I would like to share one of my all time favourite song's lyrics with you today. Ever Since I heard it from Rishi Nityapragya ji in April, 2010, I loved it more n more with each passing day. Rishiji's heavenly voice brings such a phenomenal devotion to this song that after hearing it, all we want to do is just to keep rising in that divine love...

You Fill up my senses,
Like a night in the forest,
Like a mountain in springtime,
Like a walk in the rain,
Like a storm in the dessert,
Like a sleepy blue ocean,
you fill up my senses,
come fill me again...

Love let me love you,
let me give my life to you,
Let me drawn in your laughter,
Let me die in your arms,
Let me lay down beside you,
Let me always be with you,
Love let me love you,
Come, love me again...

The feeling of love is so beautiful that neither can it be said in words, nor can it be expressed fully.. I remember a line of one hindi song which says, " Sirf Ehsaas hai yeh, ruh se mehsoos karo, pyaar ko pyaar hi rahene do koi naam na do ", nearest possible translation in English is " it is just a feeling that you feel from your soul n don't express in any other form"

I feel so very lucky to be loved by my divine and on this Valentine's day I ll pray to my divine to keep this craze forever. coz, once You are in love, you want to keep the beauty of that love living forever in your heart, mind n soul. It is only possible when it is combined with devotion. So, all I wish for my friends on this Valentine's day is, May your lives be filled with such an abundance of love that it becomes eternal celebration n may each moment of your life becomes a Valentine's day in true sense.

Jai Gurudev !!!

Hari no Marag che shura no, nahi Kayar nu kaam jo - the path of Divinity is for the Brave...

Ever since I was a little kid, I have heard this Gujarati Proverb - Hari no Marag Che Shurano, Nahi Kayar Nu Kam jo...translation can match somewhere near to, "The Path of Divinity is for the brave, Cowards can not walk on it." Although I understood the meaning of this sentence very well, somehow I was unable to get the gist of it, the essence of it coz it was not in my experience. Now when I look back and see, how my life has experienced this one sentence in all its essence in the last few years, I can not thank the divinity enough. When you start walking on the path of Yoga, the path of divinity, the path of Love, all of a sudden you realise, there are obstacles. You feel, arrrre... where do they come from? It was never there in my life before! I started practicing Sudarshan Kriya and Sri Sri Yoga that I had learnt and in 7 months, I got severe cold and sinus issues which I did not have before. I thought, why am I having so many obstacles which were not there so f

The Importance of Nadi Pariksha - Ayurveda...

Often we think, why should we go for Ayurveda and Nadi Pariksha when we can easily get rid of any discomfort of disease by Allopathy? Definition of the disease is, "any deviation from or interruption of the normal structure or function of any body part, organ, or system that is manifested by a characteristic set of symptoms and signs and whose etiology, pathology, and prognosis may be known or unknown. " (  http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/disease , accessed on 23.02.12, 5:40pm IST) We, as a life system, are made up of five elements, i.e. Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. The food that we eat, once it is digested, it gets mixed up in the body as various nutrients which is nothing but these five elements. The entire Universe is made up of these basic elements.  When the condition of disease or interruption begins in our system, it first enters into the space element, which is our aura. Aura is all surrounding the body, the energy field body. Then, it e

How to control unnecessary thoughts?

Take responsibility and don’t blame mind for everything. If certain thoughts bother you then just take responsibility and say I am not going to be bothered about it and then see how mind settles. Because, if you say my mind is thinking, its like blaming mind for everything. It is You and not your mind. Understand it and let it go. The function of the mind is to think. So it is meant to be thinking. But the issue arises when you think on something unnecessary. How thought arises? It begins as a small, tiny thought and then you get hold of it, keep on attending it and it becomes a big thought. And it is you who pays attention to it to make it bigger so its only YOU who has to stop it. We have to break this habit of paying attention to every little thought to make it big enough to create confusion in mind, like the jungle of thoughts. And to do so, we have to take more responsibility of being aware along with Yoga.  Pranayama, Yoga, Exercise and things like that makes i
